Establishing Your Brand

Now Your Website is Up and Running, What's Next?

It's time to get your brand out there.

Using social media channels is a great way to do this, it's free and it's easy, and you can reach a lot of people instantly. Set up your business pages, tell people about your brand and what you do. Get your logo on your profile and stick to your brand's colour palette, this will help people start to recognise your brand when posts appear in their feed.

Getting your business registered on Google will enable potential customers to find you easily too, especially on local searches. This is really useful for getting your brand name out into your local community.

Have some business cards to hand. You never know when the opportunity to promote your business will pop up. It's a good idea to get a few printed up with your logo, contact details and website, so you always have the info at your fingertips, ready to pass on to clients.

Got an advertising budget? Get into your local magazines, print some flyers, advertise on social media. Putting your brand out there and seeing what works for you, is all part of the fun of running your own business. Keep your logo prominent across all media and stick to your brand colour palette and fonts, you'll soon be establishing your brand identity and becoming instantly recognisable to your customers.

Have fun and good luck!
